Product Description

Our transformer oil clay free reclamation and polishing unit is a system that removes the odour and colour from the distilled transformer oil, without using clay or hydrogen. The system uses a special media that can adsorb and reactivate the carbon content and other contaminants from the oil. A heating chamber, a media bed, a vacuum pump, and a reactivation unit make up the system. The oil is heated and then it is forced through a media bed while under a vacuum, collecting the purified oil. This is how the system works. After that, the media bed is heated and vacuumed to reactivate it for use in the following cycle. Transformer oil degradation and disposal can be avoided by the system, which also reduces costs and negative.
